He has taught constitutional law since 1986. From 2002 to 2007 he worked for the Constitutional Court
His main fields of research are the Law of Parliaments, the Law of Fundamental Rights, The Monarchy and the Executive, Constitutional Court Rules, the Law of Universities, and the origins of Public Law scholarship in Europe.
